We’re grateful to share the opening of our first location in New York, located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  

Since our beginnings in Los Angeles, our intention has remained the same: to create spaces that bring warmth and clarity through coffee.  Each cup, each moment, is an opportunity to connect—with craft, with community, with one another. 

Williamsburg felt like a natural next step. The neighborhood’s creative energy, its corners and open streets, remind us what first inspired Maru—simplicity and the pursuit of quality in every detail. Our new location continues this approach, designed with restraint and built to highlight the essentials: light, space, and the sound of coffee being made.

Inside, you’ll find familiar elements—our espresso sets, pour-overs, and a small selection of thoughtfully sourced pastries. Every detail, from the ceramics to the flow of the space, was considered to create a calm environment for daily rituals, all designed in-house by our team.
